We ship worldwide by EMS and FedEx. These shipping methods are not available to all locations and addresses and we do not deliver to P.O. Box address.
Order Status and Confirmation
We will ship out your package within 1-2 business days after the confirmation of your payment. We package your products securely, in order to keep them in good condition.
An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order (allow longer if your order place on a Friday or weekend), please send an email to Republic Tackle and we will try to respond to your request right away.
Shipping and Order Processing Days and Time
Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. No orders are processed or delivered on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. Republic Tackle cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and delivery postcode. We do not charge taxes. Every country has its own import and tax laws and sometimes customers get charged tax for their shipments. Republic Tackle are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied on your purchases. Those charges are the responsibility of the customer and are charges from their local government. If you would like to undervalue of your purchases to avoid the costly taxes, you may e-mail to us.
Sending a Gift
We have a free service to sending your order as gift for your friends, beloved or family. If you would like a gift sent, please provide the full name and address of the recipient in the ship to box. Please indicate that the order is a gift and we will process your order.
We are make QC checking for every item before we sent out to customer and make sure it is in good condition. We do not send out any faulty products to customer. So, we don’t provide any return service after goods had sold out. If goods are damaged during shipment, please save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will place a claim with the Courier Company. You may allow Courier Company representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. It may take time within 30 days.
